Commercial Fire and Soot Damage Restoration in Orange, CT Restaurant Kitchen

SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford was called in after a local restaurant had a fire in it's kitchen. Although the fire itself wasn't widespread,  the soot and fire extinguisher residue were a substantial part of the clean up. This is often the case in kitchen fires. 

Our team came in and removed the soot from the stainless steel kitchen counters and the appliances, as well as the tile flooring. All of the surfaces were disinfected and sanitized. There were some contents of the kitchen that were affected and that we also put through our cleaning process. 

Smoke particles were removed from the air using air scrubbers and commercial air foggers. The dropped ceiling tiles, which are very absorbent, were heavily damaged from the soot and smoke and required removal.
