Home Restored After Pipes Burst and Cause Flooding
The wintertime (which in our area seems to span November-April!) is always a busy time at SERVPRO of Milford-Orange-Stratford and the number one reason for that is FROZEN PIPES. No matter who you are, this can happen to you.
In this home, the water in the heating pipes froze and then burst, causing flooding. The water made its way through the second floor and caused collapse of ceilings on the first floor, as well as damage to the walls and flooring below.
Our Building Services Team repaired the home which included replacing the ceilings and walls, installing new flooring and rebuilding the bathroom. They finished the job off with new molding and a fresh paint job.
