It's the 20's! As the Decade Comes to a Close, We Reflect on 2019.

Will this decade be roaring? We think so!!

Many of us here in the office are having a hard time grasping that it is the end of another decade and that we are entering the 20’s!

Whereas 2018 was a year of expansion for our company with the acquisition of a new franchise, 2019 has been a year of focus. We’ve worked on the organizational structure of our company - putting the right people in positions in which their talents would best be utilized, filling our crews with experienced, hard working and likable people and hiring new office staff to help our amazing admins.

Our commitment to education has remained a focus- with training for our new employees as well as advanced mold and water damage courses being attended by our senior employees.  Looking at our team, it’s amazing how many extraordinary people we have working for us. We are truly grateful for the positive energy they bring. 

With over 700 jobs last year, we are proud to say that we’ve maintained a high customer satisfaction rate and this is something that our organization will always prioritize. From our owner to our technicians, we are all local folks who care about the relationships we have and our reputation in this community. 

I have a feeling that this decade ahead is going to be “roaring” (sorry, I couldn’t help myself!)
